Refund & Cancellation Policy — LeadSync

LeadSync is a one-time, lifetime digital license (₹499–₹2999 depending on plan) — there is no recurring subscription to cancel.

Refund eligibility

If LeadSync doesn’t work as described for you, you can request a full refund within 3 days of payment, provided:

• You contact us with your payment ID and the Google email(s) the license was bound to.
• The issue isn’t caused by WhatsApp Web changing its page layout (LeadSync depends on it and we patch these as fast as we can, but can’t guarantee zero downtime).

How to request a refund

Email ayaanmotiwala786@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID and the email your license is bound to. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

Once refunded, the license for that email is deactivated and unlimited saves are no longer available.
