Terms & Conditions — LeadSync

Last updated: July 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of LeadSync (the “extension”) and this website. By installing the extension or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

1. What LeadSync is

LeadSync is an unofficial, independent browser extension that reads phone numbers visible on WhatsApp Web and saves them to your Google Contacts. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp Inc., Meta Platforms, or Google LLC.

2. License

A one-time payment grants a lifetime license to use the paid features of the extension, bound to the specific Google account email(s) you provide at checkout (one email on the Starter plan, or up to ten on higher plans). This license is non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to a different email after purchase.

3. Acceptable use

LeadSync performs read-only scanning of WhatsApp Web’s visible page content. It does not send messages, automate outreach, or perform any bulk-messaging action. You agree not to use LeadSync, or any data saved through it, to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.

4. No warranty

LeadSync depends on WhatsApp Web’s page structure, which can change without notice and may temporarily break scanning. LeadSync is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadSync’s developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the extension, including any action taken against your WhatsApp or Google account by those platforms.

6. Payments & refunds

Payments from India are processed by Razorpay and billed in INR. Payments from all other countries are processed by Dodo Payments, billed in USD. Dodo Payments acts as the Merchant of Record for those orders, which means they are the seller of record and are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable local sales tax or VAT, shown at checkout in addition to the listed price. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will reflect the latest revision.
